Unfortunately, our testing contractor experienced issues
with their system, resulting in a delayed submission. We have addressed this matter
with our testing contractor, emphasizing that such delays are unacceptable. They have
assured us that they will take all necessary precautions to ensure timely submittal of
test reports in the future. Chevron always strives to submit all testing results within the
required time frames and will continue to uphold this commitment. We apologize for
any inconvenience this delay may have caused and appreciate your understanding
• Item#77: OBSERVATION: An inspection was last done on 2/21/2024 and an inspection
report was issued identifying information to be submitted to bring this site into compliance.
This information was required to be submitted by 3/22/2024. This information was received
on 5/3/24, 12 days late.
o Our contractor was unaware of the permitting requirements and subsequently pulled the
permit after the fact. This oversight has resulted in us exceeding the 30-day time frame
to close the Notice to Comply(NTC). We apologize for any inconvenience this may
have caused and are taking steps to ensure compliance moving forward.
Please feel free to contact me should you have a question.
Thank you,
Maurice Tamamian
UST Compliance Coordinator
Americas Fuels &Lubricants
Chevron Products Company,
a division of Chevron U.S.A.
