California Tank Lines, Inc.
Established 1945
TANK TRUCK TRANSPORTATION
3105 S. El Dorado St.
Stockton CA. 95206
Office 209-466-6324
Fax: 209-466-3046
April 21, 2025
City of Stockton
Municipal Utilities Department
2500 Navy Drive
Stockton, CA 95206
Notice of Violation was received on 7-15-2024 for pH Discharge and Failure to Notify Violations for pH
Discharge graph date range June 28, 2024—July 5, 2024.
Upon reviewing the charts and conducting a system check, it was determined that the CPU for the wash
rack facility, which was replaced by Calcon Systems in early June, had its alarm set points reset to factory
defaults. These settings should have been adjusted to the original specifications to ensure the proper
functioning of the California Tank wash system. The alarm set points have now been reconfigured and
will be monitored diligently.
We sincerely apologize for this oversight and assure that any actual or potential release of hazardous
materials will be promptly reported to the City of Stockton Wastewater Division, the Environmental
Health Department, and Cal DES. Furthermore,we will ensure that any hazardous waste generated by
California Tank Lines is disposed of in accordance with regulations.
Best Regards,
uan Searcy
California Tank Lines.
