The business plan elements were last submitted on <br /> 3/26/2024. The business plan was submitted late in 2019, 2020, 2023, and 2024. <br /> Per discussion with EC Derek Crusenberry, he was not aware of the correct due date for facilities in San Joaquin <br /> County(SJC). <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br /> and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the <br /> annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 10 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004-Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information <br /> electronically submitted. <br /> OBSERVATION:The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for the motor oil,waste motor oil, and diesel tanks were not <br /> adequately completed. <br /> -The maximum daily amounts must be at least the amount of the largest container on site for the motor oil (110 <br /> gallons),waste oil (110 gallons), and diesel tank(12,000 gallons)on the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS). <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part of <br /> the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is(Minor)Violation. <br /> 11 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005-Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br /> OBSERVATION:The site map is incomplete.
