RECORD OF SPILL PREVENTION BRIEFINGS <br /> <br />Instructions: Briefings will be scheduled and conducted by facility management for responsible <br />personnel at intervals frequent enough to assure adequate understanding of this SPCC Plan. <br />These briefings should also highlight and describe known spill events or failures, malfunctioning <br />components and recently developed precautionary measures. Personnel will also be instructed in <br />operation and maintenance of equipment to prevent the discharge of oil and applicable pollution <br />control laws, rules and regulations.
