I looked into the <br /> notes from last year since I didn't do that inspection myself, here's what I found. <br /> It looks like the RTC was due 2/22/24 and the initial RTC form submitted closed 2 of the 3 open violations. Those <br /> were numbers 208(failure to comply with the designated operator inspection requirements) and 304(failure to <br /> construct,operate, and maintain primary containment as product-tight). <br /> The item that remained open at that point was number 307 (failure to keep water out of the secondary <br /> containment system).The notes from the inspector indicate that they received a notification of repair for water <br /> intrusion and that the plan was to replace the gaskets on all 3 sumps and the fiberglass dome lid on the diesel STP <br /> sump.
