Yes____ No X <br /> <br />CERTIFICATION <br /> <br />I certify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the information <br />submitted in the CHP Stockton Area Office Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure Plan- <br />SPCC.
