REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. OBSERVATION:The site map is inaccurate. -On first floor map hazardous material storage area in the boiler room not labeled -On second floor map inaccurate labels"Loading Doors"along a solid wall -On first floor map MSDS label location is inaccurate -Hazardous Waste storage area outside west external wall of building is not labeled REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
