REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately tog into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at httpl/cers-calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is(Minor)Violation. 14 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(4) 1020002-Provided initial and annual training and maintained training records for a minimum of three years. OBSERVATION: Site specific training records for items A-C below were not available during the inspection for the last three years. Facility has conducted Non site-specific IHazar Communication training for the employees. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive initial and annual refresher training.All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a release or threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, familiarity with the following plans and procedures: (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified program agency (B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment. (C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for-the business site. This training shall be documented electronically or by hard-eopy-and shall-be made -- available for a minimum of three years. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the training records to the EHD. This is(Class 2)Violation.
