The emergency entrance(s)lexist(s) <br /> to the site are not labeled on the site map. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br /> evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br /> present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map <br /> requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately tog into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> httpl/cers-calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is(Minor)Violation. <br /> 14 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(4) 1020002-Provided initial and annual training and maintained training records <br /> for a minimum of three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: Site specific training records for items A-C below were not available during the inspection for the last <br /> three years. Facility has conducted Non site-specific IHazar Communication training for the employees. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive <br /> initial and annual refresher training.All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a release or <br /> threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, familiarity with the following plans and <br /> procedures: (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the <br /> unified program agency (B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential <br /> harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment. (C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate <br /> notice,for-the business site.
