The 2024 CERS submittal was late,having a <br /> submittal date of 1.22.2024. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br /> end may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION:Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the <br /> annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. <br /> This is(Minor)Violati,- <br /> CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004-Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information <br /> electronically submitted. <br /> OBSERVATION:The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for Carbon Dioxide(CO2)were not complete. The CERS <br /> inventory states they have 500 cubic feet of CO2 on site when they have one 750 pound tank and three 50 pound <br /> tanks totaling 900 pounds of CO2. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part of <br /> the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/,enter the correct or updated information,and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is Minor Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Routine HMBP Inspection. Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP)inspection.There were 2 <br /> violations found during the inspection.
