The 2024 CERS submittal was late, having a submittal date of 1.22.2024. REGULATION GUIDANCE:The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. OBSERVATION:The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for Carbon Dioxide(CO2)were not complete. The CERS inventory states they have 500 cubic feet of CO2 on site when they have one 750 pound tank and three 50 pound tanks totaling 900 pounds of CO2. REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is(Minor)Violation. Overall Inspection Comments: Routine HMBP Inspection. Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were 2 violations found during the inspection.
