The business plan was last submitted 12.6.2023 for <br />the year 2024. No business plan was submitted for year 2025. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the <br />annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Routine HMBP Inspection. Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There was 1 <br />violation found during the inspection. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form <br />to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, <br />and any supporting paperwork, by 3/16/2025. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign.
