Per Sara, Store Manager, the person who would submit the CERS submittal is no longer with the company. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The emergency response plans and procedures, the inventory of information required by <br />this article, and the site map required by this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the <br />unified program facility with responsibilities for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately make arrangements to have the business plan readily available for review. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 3 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25508.2 1010008 - Business plan reviewed and electronically certified as <br />complete/accurate on or before the due date. <br />OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental <br />Reporting System (CERS) annually by the due date, January 15. The business plan were submitted late for the year <br />2022. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the <br />annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were two violations during the <br />inspection.
