First I just want to apologize for the Friday fire drill. <br />I feel like the boy who cried wolf. Asked for a late notice inspection then it doesn't happen <br />appreciate the agencies flexibility and going out of your way... <br />@Christina Tran we need to amend this permit application. <br />We have two failures at this site that we assumed from the previous contractor... <br />1. Failing components <br />1. UDC% <br />2. 91 STP <br />The 91 STP was repaired by the previous contractor, we just need to test it with the agency. <br />They made repairs to the two conduit boots inside of the 91 STP. No excavation. <br />UDC % has been repaired by us. We have removed the dispenser.
