Annual inspection of the various tanks was completed and a copy attached. <br />The overfill light from the 12,000gal diesel tank was changed out; photos attached. <br /> <br /> <br />SPCC plan, table 3 was updated. Copy of the updated SPCC is <br />attached. <br />x <br />Removing rainwater/over spray from the containments located <br />in the wash bay has been added to the monthly housekeeping inspections. After reviewing the SPCC plan, the wash bay is listed <br />as the secondary containment for the 70-gal portable diesel tank. The wash bay is connected to an oil-water separator and is <br />pumped out regularly and analyzed by the third-party company. The portable tank is seated on the additional containment for <br />additional protection.
