A yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department prior to sign off of the certificate of final occupancy (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-602.010 and 9-601.030.). 6) The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permit(s).
