Please note that these are different <br /> than noted on the NOV. The DO did not have copies of the test documentation for the attached overfill testing from 2024. The <br /> test report has been provided to the DO and the test dates for overfill have been corrected. The DO did not previously have a copy of <br /> the overfill documentation to challenge the dates. Regarding the L-7 Alarm (T-4 STP Sump)from 08/18/2024, <br /> the alarm occurred at 7:27 pm and cleared at 9:15 pm.
