Uniflrst operates a <br /> wet wash laundry service at a site that had previously been operated as a dry cleaner. <br /> 1 01 The dry-cleaning agent Perchloroethene(PCE)is found in groundwater beneath the <br /> p facility. <br /> UniFirst has been conducting monitoring and cleanup activities for PCE and its <br /> degradation product Trichloroethylene(TCE)at the Site utilizing subsurface injections of <br /> Iwwic a Hydrogen Releasing Compound(HRC),which promotes microbial degradation of these <br /> $ !G A aN-1A rn 1 chemicals.
