Ethylene glycol <br />needs to say used ethylene glycol with max daily amount of 110 gallons. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br />of the business plan. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System <br />(CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br />13 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(4) 1020001 - Established and electronically submitted adequate training <br />program. <br />OBSERVATION: A training program said stored at the facility. The training program can not be stored at the facility. <br />The training program needs to say provided elsewhere in CERS in the emergency response and contingency plan <br />section. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Training programs for all employees and annual training, including refresher courses, shall <br />include familiarity with the facility's Emergency response plans and procedures in the event of a release or threatened <br />release of a hazardous material. Training shall cover, but not limited to, all of the following: (A) Immediate notification <br />contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified program agency. (B) Procedures <br />for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons, property, or <br />the environment. (C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site. These <br />training programs may take into consideration the position of each employee. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately <br />prepare or update the facility's training program, log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Routine HMBP Inspection. Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There was 2 <br />violation found during the inspection.
