Environmental Health Department <br />CP22 - HMBP Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />November 21, 2024 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 8237 E HWY 26 , STOCKTON <br /> Facility Name: <br /> KALENDS AUTO WRECKING <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br />part of the Hazardous Material Inventory: <br />~ 200 gallons of Used Oil. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />This full inspection report replaces the previous inspection checklist.
