(C)SAW ROACHES ON WINDOWSILLS(INSIDE) NEAR KITCHEN AND IN BATHROOM. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Upon inspection this date, one live cockroach (on wall behind the cooking equipment)and numerous dead <br /> cockroaches are observed throughout the facility(1 by the front window, 2 in the women's restroom, numerous around the <br /> employee locker area, numerous by the chest freezers, and numerous on the floor of the kitchen. Service was performed on <br /> 7-23-25. <br /> Clean up dead cockroaches today, sanitize the affected areas and monitor for new activity. <br /> Replace sticky traps/glue boards with new ones and monitor for new activity. <br /> Continue your current pest control service frequency. Increase service as recommended by the pest control service company. <br /> Please send copies of the next three pest control service reports to inspector. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin:rodents(rats,mice),cockroaches,flies.(114259.1, 114259.4, <br /> 114259.5) <br /> #45 Floors,Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The floors throughout the facility need to be cleaned. Clean and sanitize the floors throughout(concentrate on <br /> hard to reach areas). <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All <br /> floor surfaces,other than the customer service areas,shall be approved,smooth,durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is <br /> easily cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in <br /> original unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
