T20 &T30 -Adjusting, Removing, or Replacing Paddles <br /> Adjusting Paddle-Cap Nut Style <br /> 1. Open Turbo Separator doors <br /> 2. Locate the paddle that needs adjustment and rotate shaft to reveal cap nut <br /> 3. Loosen cap nut with combination wrench (2"or 2%") <br /> 4. Rotate shaft back to paddle location and adjust pitch to desired angle. <br /> 5. Rotate shaft back to cap nut and re-tighten. <br /> Replacing Paddle Assembly-Cap Nut Style <br /> 1. Open Turbo Separator doors <br /> 2. Locate the paddle that needs adjustment and rotate shaft to reveal cap nut. <br /> 3. Loosen cap nut with combination wrench (2"or 2%")and remove. <br /> 4. Rotate shaft back to paddle location and remove bent or worn paddle. <br /> 5. Insert new paddle assembly through shaft. <br /> 6. Rotate back to cap nut and tighten, but not snug. <br /> 7.
