Contact the local fire district, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br />community development department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for written approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new submittals supersede previous ones. <br />3. Email notification to ustO <br />sigov.orq to arrange the following inspection appointments. <br />All appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. <br />a. Verification of removal of all residual liquids, solids, and/or sludges from tank(s), and of <br />tank cleaning conducted to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22 section <br />67383.3(e)(2) standards. <br />b. Verification of tank(s) inerted to levels that shall preclude explosion <br />c. Witness removal of tank(s) <br />and any applicable piping, sumps, and associated <br />appurtenances <br />d. Verification of tank ID number marked on the tank end using fluorescent spray paint <br />e. Witness soil and/or water sampling: Only results that are sent to EHD directly from a <br />third -party California accredited environmental laboratory with affixed chain of custody <br />will be accepted. <br />1868 E.
