Helo John, <br />I need to know if a permit is required, here is what I was sent. <br />AT&TUE046 Stockton from 7/15/25 SB989 testing; <br />"Performed triennial SB989 test. The supply/return secondary line is leaking at the snorkel fitting located at the <br />building. The lines come out of the ground and 90 into the building.
