The lines come out of the ground and 90 into the <br />uilding. There's a boot on the corrugated line to the supply and return primaries that's leaking in multiple places. This boot and setup <br />Ill need to be removed and replaced before testing can be completed. <br />All tests marked "Fail" and any repairs made before or during the tightness test must be described in <br />the COMMENTS section. <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />
