I contacted Safety Clean and requested the manifest documents cross-referencing them with the numbers provided on the inspection report. The manifests, as you will see do not include our company name nor are they signed for by anyone at Ralph Hayes and Son. The dates and manifest number do match the information you provided. I do have an on-site generated receipt from safety clean which also have the same manifest number and are signed by a Ralph Hayes and Son employee. I am not sure of how to handle this discrepancy but wanted to provide you with this information. Please reach out to me if you need more information. This information is being provided as to avoid any further action or incomplete RTC from Ralph Hayes and Son. I will provide all the signed receipts which include the manifests in question. As for the other manifests with what seems to be duplicate information from another company, ill leave that for your department to decipher. *This is not the RTC document— I am waiting to receive new barrels and locking lids from World Oil from which an order was placed on the 6th of March, 2025.
