Transportation [25160- <br /> 25166.5] (Article 6 added by Stats. 1972, Ch. 1236.) <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the receipts listed above. Maintain the records on-site for three years from <br /> the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD). If the <br /> receipts cannot be found, provide a statement to the EHD that future receipts will be maintained on-site for three <br /> years. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 23 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(f)3030007-Labeled all containers or portable tanks containing hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers were: <br /> -One blue 55 gallons drum containing used paper filters located in the hazardous waste storage area was observed <br /> without a hazardous waste label. <br /> -One 500 gallons tank containing used oil located in the berm was observed with faded, destroyed hazardous waste <br /> label during the inspection on 2/24/2025. A new label was provided by World Oil. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words <br /> "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), <br /> accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The violation was corrected during the inspection by Taylor Clement, Field Manager. No <br /> further action is required to correct this violation. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 24 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(d)(2)3030013-Accumulated hazardous waste in containers that are in good <br /> condition. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste was found stored on-site in containers that are not in good condition. One blue 55 <br /> gallon drum containing drained metal filters was observed in the hazardous waste storage area without the original <br /> drum lid.A plastic lid was used to served as the lid. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Hazardous waste shall be stored in a containers that are in good condition. If a container <br /> holding hazardous waste is not in good condition (e.g., severe rusting, apparent structural defects), or if it begins to <br /> leak,the owner or operator shall transfer the hazardous waste from this container to a container that is in good <br /> condition, or manage the waste in some other way that complies with the hazardous waste requirements. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately transfer all hazardous wastes into containers that are in good condition.
