The facility has taken compost sample for analysis every month. <br /> b. The Modified Solid Waste Facility Permit has been approved and issued. <br /> c. The RCSI amendment had been submitted and approved to the use of new feedstock that includes grape pumice,paper fiber and steer manure. <br /> The new feedstock has not been approved by the Water Board. <br /> d. Per operator,the manure comes from one of the facility in Lathrop after it has undergone a complete composting process. <br /> e. The radio has been provided to all foremen,dispatcher,manager and supervisor. <br /> f. The temperature of the windrows 49,50 51 were 129,142 and 160 F,respectively. <br /> g. According to the operator,the composting process takes between 8 to 12 weeks to complete. Windrow#51,52 and 53 took between <br /> 4 to 6 weeks to complete. <br /> h. The illegal landfilling area mentioned in previous inspection reports had been removed and covered with clean soil. <br />
