The radio has been provided to all foremen,dispatcher,manager and supervisor. <br /> f. The temperature of the windrows 48,49 and 50 were 134,136 and 146 F,respectively. <br /> g. The illegal landfilling area mentioned in previous inspection reports had been removed and covered with clean soil. <br /> h. The violation noted in October 2008 inspection report had been corrected. The bark and compost remain had been stockpiled for off-site disposal. <br /> i. The natural swell area where the leachate is accumulated is being scraped. The soil was stockpile in that area. According to the operator,the soil <br /> will be removed from the area soon. <br />
