It appears as if they are being <br /> disposed of there. The tailing from the area near manure pile was placed in that pile also. The pile is growing in size;currently the pile is <br /> approximately 120 ft by 120 by 13 ft,it is estimated to be approximately 5,000 yard. <br /> Remove and dispose of at appropriate facility. <br /> All disposal or landfilling are not authorized under the current permit or RFI. <br /> The operator is attempting to separate the rock from the pile so that it can be reused.
