Lessor hereby agrees to rent to Lessee the real property <br /> Located at 259 S. Guild Avenue Suite A, Lodi, California described as "Central Valley Kitchens". <br /> A certified commercial kitchen. Commencing on the 6th day February of 2025 and <br /> occasionally thereafter until this agreement is terminated. The rate of rental is $220.00 per 8-hour <br /> shift. We DO NOT provide garbage <br /> bags, paper towels, rags, dish soap or oven cleaning supplies.
