All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Provide hot water of 120F (minimum) at the 2-compartment sink and 100F at the <br />hand sink. Correct by 2 weeks. <br />Provide photos of correction to Kadeanne Linhares by 5-29-25 or a second re-inspection will occur. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all <br />times. The ceiling in the restroom has a <br />hole. Repair these surfaces with approved materials to make the floor, wall and ceiling smooth, cleanable and nonabsorbent. <br />Correct by 1 month. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All <br />floor surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is <br />easily cleanable.
