(Forward) <br />presents this notification letter for constituents exceeding concentration limits (CLs) for inorganic constituents <br />and/or their Method Detection Limit (MDLs) for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) during the third quarter of 2022. <br />As summarized in attached Tables 1 and 2, concentrations of one or more constituents were reported above their <br />respective CLs or MDLs during the third quarter 2022 monitoring event in wells MW-3, MW-10, MW-14, MW-15, <br />MW-16, MW-17R, MW-19R, MW-25, MW-26, AMW-6, and AMW-12. <br />During the third quarter 2022 monitoring, wells were resampled for VOCs. Well MW-2A was resampled for <br />dichlorodifluoromethane and tetrachloroethene (PCE); MW-10 was resampled for 1,1-dichloroethane, carbon <br />tetrachloride, and chloroform; MW-16 was resampled for cis-1,2-dichloroethene and di-isopropyl ether; MW-17R <br />was resampled for carbon tetrachloride and dichlorodifluoromethane; AMW-6 was resampled for PCE; and AMW- <br />12 was resampled for PCE to address MDL exceedances observed during the second quarter of 2022. The resampling <br />results will also be presented in the upcoming Third Quarter 2022 Water Quality Monitoring Report. <br />I certify under penalty of law, that I have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted in <br />this document and all attachments, and that based on my inquiry of those individuals immediately responsible for <br />obtaining this information, I believe that the information is true, accurate, and complete.
