<br />The 2014 Organic Disposal TPY was found by taking 67% of the actual 2014 tonnage disposed, in accordance
<br />with the 2014 waste characterization for San Joaquin County.
<br />Tonnage Growth Rate is provided by Lewis Engineering in the 2021 JTD.
<br /> Calculations assume organics fraction diverted are not replaced with other materials resulting in net decrease
<br />in annual waste intake.
<br />The disposal tonnage at the Landfill was based upon the actual tonnage of waste landfilled in from 2020‐2021
<br />and then applying the growth rate for future disposal. The tonnage in 2025 includes a reduction of 75% of the
<br />organic waste fraction disposed in 2014.
<br />An airspace utilized factor (AUF) of 0.85 tons/cy was provided in the 2021 JTD prepared by Lewis Engineering.
<br />Net remaining airspace is based off of the latest topographic survey dated Januaury 31, 2020, provided in the
