Airport Way - RCRA LQG HW RTC 2025 - 2.18.25
Good afternoon,
I've reviewed all RTC documents for the RCRA Hazardous Waste inspection that were submitted 5/9/25.
Violations 14& 15 remain open. Please see my feedback below:
RCRA Hazardous Waste:
• Violation #5—Closed
• Violation #8—Closed
• Violation #9—Closed
• Violation #10—Closed
• Violation #14—Additional information needed.
o Please provide a statement clarifying how the liquid in the secondary containment was
determined to be rainwater. Was it tested for pH?
o The second bullet point in the observation section regarding the white poly container a
handwritten label of "UN1593, RQ Dichloromethane 6.1, PG111 Net: 20L" and "Toxic"was
not addressed.
• Violation #15—Additional information needed.
o Based on the inspection, my understanding is that all baghouse dust is being disposed of
as non-hazardous waste. From the analytical provided, it looks like antimony, chromium,
and copper came back high on the BH#2 sample. Are these results from the same waste
stream? Was any additional testing done? The RTC statement provided by Eric states that
"if hazardous materials were found they were disposed of accordingly". Please provide
clarification.
• Violation #65 - Closed
Best,
Lynsey Sammons
Registered Environmental Health Specialist
Cell: (209) 616-3067
Office: (209)468-3420
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E.Hazelton Avenue,Stockton,CA.95205
www.sogov.org/ehd
S OAQ U I N
COUNTY —
Greatness grows here.
i
