Called Steve Schamaum and he said the waste oil sump sensor has gone sensor <br /> out a few times and would like the sensor to just be replaced. Secured area around waste oil sump and opened fill <br /> sump and sump is confined space. Verified sensor type and secured sump and reinstalled spill bucket brackets and <br /> locked sump lid. <br /> All in service and will order sensor and return with two men and confined space. <br /> 4/11/24 Performed and uploaded JSA to Walton work order. <br /> `v11/24 On site to replace sensor. <br /> Monitor shows all functions normal on arrival. <br /> Barricaded area and set up confined space equipment. <br /> Tested oxygen levels and they were at 18.8%, used blower to clear air. <br /> Oxygen reached safe working conditions for entry. <br /> Replaced L9 waste oil sump sensor successfully. <br /> Monitor shows all functions normal at departure. <br /> Open Problems: <br /> 4/8/24 Two men and confines space (Tri-Pod, LEL and Blower) <br /> 1 EA 304-10208 Veeder-Root 794380-208 !
