The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been addressed for ATEICHERT & SON INC* as of November 14, 2025. Open violations from September 11, 2025 inspection Violation #52 - 2030036 - Overfill prevention system has not been overridden and meets overfill requirements (TCR 9b). OBSERVATION: The waste oil underground storage tank does not have an approved overfill prevention system. REGULATION GUIDANCE: All underground storage tanks shall be equipped with an overfill prevention system that does not allow for manual override and meets one of the following requirements: 1. Alert the transfer operator when the tank is 90 percent full by restricting the flow into the tank or triggering an audible and visual alarm; or 2. Restrict delivery of flow to the tank at least 30 minutes before the tank overfills, provided the restriction occurs when the tank is filled to no more than 95 percent of capacity; and activate an audible alarm at least five minutes before the tank overfills; or 3. Provide positive shut-off of flow to the tank when the tank is filled to no more than 95 percent of capacity; or, 4. Provide positive shut-off of flow to the tank so that none of the fittings located on the top of the tank are exposed to product due to overfilling. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to install an approved overfill prevention system. Replacement of a mechanical flapper valve requires a permit and inspection by the EHD. If an external audio/visual alarm is replaced, provide a copy of the service receipt to the EHD.
