Submit proof of correction to the EHD. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 52 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25404(e)(4) 4010 - Administration/Documentation - General. <br />OBSERVATION: An accurate submission to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) for the <br />Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act (APSA) program has not been made/submitted correctly under the APSA facility <br />information. CERS reported the date of their SPCC plan as 12/12/2017, however, the plan on site was dated <br />05/15/2020. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The owner or operator of a tank facility shall submit the following information to CERS <br />within 12 months following December 17, 2024, and annually thereafter. <br />(1)Conditionally exempt from SPCC Plan status <br />(2)Date of SPCC Plan certification or last 5-year review, whichever is more recent. <br />(3)Total aggregate petroleum storage capacity of a tank facility in gallons . <br />(4)Number of tanks in an underground area. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on-site. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 79 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Routine APSA Inspection <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by May 8, 2025 . <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign. <br />Starting July 1, 2024, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($172). <br />FA0000174 PR0515456 SC001 04/08/2025 <br />EHD Rev. 12/06/2021 CP22 - AST Non-Qualified OIRPage 5 of 6 <br />1868 E.
