Inspection Report Comments <br />A routine monthly inspection was conducted on 9/23/25 and the following was noted: <br /> <br />Notes: <br />1. All records were reviewed on site during the inspection. Records indicate the facility is <br />operating within compliance. <br />2. No tracking coming from the facility was visible on the public road ways at facility exits. <br />3. No odor was detected from the public parking lot of the facility or from the roadway directly <br />south of the facility. Odor within the facility was very light. <br />4. Misters were off during inspection, however no dust was noted during the inspection. <br />5. Site security at the facility was adequate. <br />6. All site personnel were observed wearing the proper PPE. <br />7. No traffic issues at the facility. <br />8. No special occurrences to note. According to operator no complaints have been received at <br />the facility since last inspection. <br />9. Vegetation at the site was low. <br />10. No vectors were noted during inspection. <br />11. Operator demonstrated that eye wash stations at the facility are working as intended. <br />12.
