If owner or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) for the <br />site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. Pursuant to <br />the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, Section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be submitted to the <br />LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), local air district and local land use <br />agency for review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre-construction <br />activities for such PCLU. <br />9. T27CCR, Section 21200 requires that CalRecycle and EHD are notified at least 45 days <br />prior to the sale or transfer of the property. <br /> <br />21800 S. Manteca Rd.
