The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been addressed for SUPER STOP GAS & LIQUOR* as of September 25, 2025. Open violations from April 28, 2025 inspection Violation#56-2030013-DO inspections completed at least every 30 days and meet all requirements(TCR 12). OBSERVATION: Designated operator reports were not signed within the required time frame. -The 11/12 designated operator report was signed by the owner/operator on 12/11. REGULATORY GUIDANCE:Within 48 hours of the completion of the designated UST operator visual inspection,the designated operator shall sign and provide the owner or operator with a copy of the inspection report. Within 72 hours of being provided a signed copy of the report, the owner or operator shall provide a description of each corrective action taken or to be taken and shall sign and date the report, acknowledging the identified compliance issues. OBSERVATION:A current copy of the UST operating permit was not found on site. The most recent permit on site was dated 2023. REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the UST operating permit and all attachments and conditions shall be retained at the facility.
