<br /> <br /> Feb. 27, 2025 <br /> <br />Bronco Wine Company <br />Attn: Kevin Barber, Project Supervisor <br />PO Box 789 <br />Ceres Ca. 95307 <br />Cell: 209-303-2227 <br />Site: Bronco Wine Company <br />21801 Highway 120 <br />Escalon, Calif. 95320 <br /> <br /> <br /> Proposed Work Plan <br /> <br /> <br />Prepare one (1) 1,000 Gallon ConVault Split 500/500 for “Temporary Closure.” <br /> <br /> <br />Description of Materials and services to be provided: <br /> <br />1) Provide labor to inspect and confirm all Gasoline and Diesel products have been <br />Dispensed until “Breaking Suction”. <br /> <br />2) Provide Equipment and labor to disconnect electrical service at the Emergency Shut <br />Off Switch and install “Lock Out / Tag Out” devices at the designated Fuel Pump <br />Electrical Sub-Panel to disable the tank mounted Gasoline and Diesel Pumps. <br /> <br />3) Provide labor and materials to remove one (1) Gasoline and one (1) Diesel hose <br />assemblies from their Pumps. <br /> <br />4) Furnish and install Steel Plugs in the product dispensing points of the Gasoline <br />and Diesel Dispensers and install Steel Caps on the empty hose assemblies. <br /> <br />5) Furnish and install Signs on four sides indicating TANK OUT OF SERVICE – <br />DATE:_____________ <br /> <br />6) Inspect Gasoline and Diesel Fill Connections to confirm Security Locks are in place. <br /> <br />7) Coordinate Fuel Tank Closure Inspection with Owners Representative and San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department staff. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
