The 2024 and 2022 annual CERS submittals were submitted late. The 2024 CERS submittal was submitted on 1/17/2024, 2 days late.The 2022 CERS submittal was submitted on 2/7/2022, 23 days late. REGULATION GUIDANCE:The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. This is(Minor)Violation. Overall Inspection Comments: Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by 01/08/2025 . To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($172). To schedule an appointment, please call (209)468-3420.
