The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HMBP violations that have not been <br /> addressed for TRACY SHELL as of March 03, 2025. <br /> Open violations from January 08, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation#4-1010008-Business plan reviewed and electronically certified as complete/accurate on or <br /> before the due date. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental <br /> Reporting System (CERS)annually by the due date,January 15.The 2024 and 2022 annual CERS submittals were <br /> submitted late. The 2024 CERS submittal was submitted on 1/17/2024, 2 days late.
