INORGANIC CHEMICALS: Required once every three years (CCR, Title 22, Section 64432 (b)(1)). This <br />Department currently waives asbestos and cyanide. Monitoring was last done on 09/19/96 and was due 09/19/99. <br />NITRATES: Required annually (CCR, Title 22, Section 64432 (a)). Monitoring was last done on 09/10/98 and <br />is past due. <br />NITRITES: Required once every three years (CCR, Title 22, Section 64432 (a). Monitoring was last<lone on <br />09/19/96 and was due 09/19/99. <br />VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPOUNDS (VOCs): Required once every 6 years (CCR, Title 22, Section <br />64445.1). Monitoring was last done on 02/09/95 and is due 02/09/01. <br />6. SYNTHETIC ORGANIC COMPOUNDS (SOCs): Required once every three years (CCR, Title 22, Section <br />64445.1). This Department currently waives SOCs except for DBCP and EDB. Monitoring was last done on <br />02/09/95 and is past due. <br />7. BACTERIOLOGICAL: Required monthly (CCR, Title 22, Section 64421,64423 (a)). Continue testing <br />monthly unless a sample tests positive for total coliform. After a positive, four repeats must be taken that same <br />month and five routine samples shall be taken the following month. <br />1. SECONDARY (AESTHETICS): General Mineral and General Physical are due every 3 years (California Code <br />of Regulations (CCR), Title 22, Section 64449 (c)). No record of sampling for secondary aesthetics is on file at <br />this Department. Submit the latest sampling results to this Department or begin sampling by 02/15/00.
