Halligan on behalf of Pacific Bell submitted an application dated <br />March 25, 1997, to San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department to <br />operate a public water system. The application was submitted in accordance with <br />California Health and Safety Code, Section 116525. <br />By <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />This is a Non-Transient Non-Community water system that serves one <br />service connection for a public utility office & maintenance facility <br />comprised of 100-plus employees. The system consists of Well #1, 5-hp <br />submersible pump, an estimated 1000 gallon hydropneumatic pressure <br />tank and distribution lines. Well #1 was drilled to a depth of 260-feet and <br />sealed with an annular seal to a depth of 50-feet. Additional well data is <br />unknown. Well #1 supplies water for domestic & irrigation uses. <br />This public water system is known as the Pacific Bell UE-17L Water System whose <br />headquarters is located at 2600 Camino Ramon, &3300E, San Ramon, CA. The <br />water system location is at 2300 E. Eight Mile Road, Stockton, CA. <br />The legal owner of the Pacific Bell UE-17L Water System is the Pacific Bell <br />Corporation. The Pacific Bell Corporation, therefore, is responsible for <br />compliance with all statutory and regulatory drinking water requirements and the <br />conditions set forth in this permit. <br />-
