Each hour Over <br />5 hours in any given month will be billed at an hourly rate of $75.00 per hour. <br />Payment Schedule; To be billed on or about the 1st of each month, due on the 15th. <br />Accounts 30 days past due will be charged a late fee of $5 or 10% per month, whichever <br />is greater.
