This is due to the fact
that the tanks harboring petroleum do not equal or exceed 55 gallons. The only material with petroleum that meet or
exceed the 55 gallon threshold is"Engine Oil"which totals 660 gallons, which is below the 1320 gallons of petroleum
requirement for APSA.
-Christopher McCulley from Enchanted Rock indicated that oil changes are done every 750 hours on the machinery,
resulting in used oil. Thus, the facility is a Hazardous Waste generator and must indicate YES to the question in the
"Business Activities"page regarding the generation of hazardous waste.
REGULATION GUIDANCE: This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan.
CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at
http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. The facility
must indicate"No"for the APSA question in Business Activities and "Yes"to the question about the facility generating
Hazardous Waste.
FA0001691 PR2400417 SCO01 02/03/2025
EHD Rev.12/06/2021 Page 2 of 4 CP22-HMBP OIR
1868 E.
