The business plan was last submitted on 12/18/2023 <br />for the year of 2024. The business plan has not been submitted for the year of 2025. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br />year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the <br />annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Routine HMBP Inspection. Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were 2 <br />violations found during the inspection.
