The business plan was last summitted on <br />2/20/2024. The business plan hasn't been submitted for the year of 2025. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br />year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the <br />annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(4) 1020002 - Provided initial and annual training and maintained training records <br />for a minimum of three years. <br />OBSERVATION: Employee training records were unavailable for review at time of inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive <br />initial and annual refresher training.
