Frontage Road, Acampo <br /> The Environmental Health Department has the following comments: <br /> 1) All Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems (OWTS) must comply with San Joaquin County <br /> Local Agency Management Program (LAMP) and current OWTS standards. <br /> 2) Submit Water Provision Declaration form to the Environmental Health Department for review. <br /> 3) If a public water system is required, applicant shall submit a Small Public Water System <br /> preliminary technical report to the California State Water Resources Control Board, Division <br /> of Drinking Water(Water Board) at least six months before initiating construction of any water <br /> related improvement, as defined. The issuance of a permit to operate a small public water <br /> system by the local primacy agency (EHD) is prohibited without the concurrence of the Water <br /> Board. Please contact Gena Farley with the SWRCB Division of Drinking Water at <br /> Gena.Farley@waterboards.ca.gov or 209-948-7488, concerning the requirements for <br /> preliminary technical report submittal prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> If the Water Board determines that an onsite well shall be used as the potable water source, <br /> a permit application to operate Small Public Water System shall be submitted to the EHD for <br /> approval prior to issuance of building permits. To issue a permit to operate, concurrence from <br /> the Water Board is required. A yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required <br /> by the EHD prior to sign off of the certificate of final occupancy (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-602.010 and 9-601 .030.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-602.010 and 9-601.030 and C.C.R., Title 22, and <br /> Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 116570. <br /> 4) Before any hazardous materials/waste can be stored or used onsite, the owner/operator must <br /> report the use or storage of these hazardous materials to the California Environmental <br /> Reporting System (CERS) at cers.calepa.ca.gov/ and comply with the laws and regulations <br /> for the programs listed below (based on quantity of hazardous material in some cases).
